They range from 20 mins – 45 mins. It really depends on your personal speed. I’ve gone through some of the earlier weeks and it took me less than 25 mins.
There is not a full meal plan for you to follow, because you are given the tools to choose whatever you would like to eat as long as it fits your Macronutrients requirements.
